Soul Star Chakra - Balance & Activate

Following on from my last post - Soul Star Chakra - Gateway to the Divine - let's look at ways to bring our Soul Star into balance.

Ideally, working on all chakras below it, clearing & healing our energy systems is the best way to allow the clearest flow of energy through this Chakra, but there are many ways to tune in & activate our Soul Star...

When the Soul Star is in balance -

we feel aligned with our purpose & have clarity around why we chose this incarnation
we feel connected to that which is beyond our earthly world
we are in touch with our intuition
our mind is quiet
we experience a great sense of ease & harmony wherever we find ourselves.
we expand our perception of ourselves & our reality
we understand universal consciousness & spiritual oneness

Just like our Earth Star connects strongly with our Base Chakra, our Soul Star is linked to our Crown, so balancing your Soul Star will involve making sure your Crown chakra is also functioning properly. These are the chakras for spiritual expansion and are especially important if you are wanting to tap into other dimensions and do work with Akashic Records, Mediumship, Past Lives, etc.

Here are a few WAYS TO ACTIVATE & BALANCE YOUR SOUL STAR -

MEDITATION - There are many available online that work on bringing these energy centres into alignment & assisting you to connect with your Higher Self. This is one of the key practices to bringing any of the higher chakras into balance...5 minutes a day, every day, to start with, is better than 1 hour and then never again. But meditation can also take the form of quiet reflection, mindfulness, prayer, and rest.

INNER HEALING & ENERGY HEALING - Keep up your self-healing, peel away the layers, dig deeper, do the work! This helps you to resist triggers, release ego, and surrender more to the divine flow of life. Trust! At times, you may feel that you need to address something from a past life, if this is the case, I highly recommend seeing someone who knows how to assist you with this journey. And whatever comes up, work to heal & release it, don’t carry it around with you in this life.

SOUND & FREQUENCY - There are varying opinions on what frequency works on activating this chakra, but the general consensis is 1074hz. There are tuning forks, sound bowls etc available but you can find sound healing meditations on youtube or insight timer too.

RAISE YOUR VIBRATION - Transcend your day to day concerns & low vibrational thoughts. Let go of worry. This doesn’t mean abandon earthly life & responsibilities but bring awareness to your energy & thinking as you go about your routines. Change it, remove it or raise it, if it is not working or making you feel good. It starts within you.

CRYSTALS - High frequency crystals on the white or clear spectrum like Selenite, Clear Quartz, Danburite, Natrolite, Apophyllite are perfect for working on your Soul Star, but high frequency stones such as Tanzanite, Kyanite and Brandenburg Amethyst, although not white or clear, also assist with spiritual expansion & connection to other dimensions.

As mentioned in my Crown Chakra post - Crown Chakra - Ways to Connect & Balance - although these higher chakras focus on light & spirit, we are still physical bodies in need of connection to the Earth. The reason I work with these 10 chakras, is because they are vital for our progress, our ascension. Our energetic system connects us to both the earthly & spiritual realms for a reason. It's essential that we try & align & balance your entire energy body, not just a couple of areas, so we can create a clear, grounded channel of light.
